As of the 31 July 2010 the ZYB service will be closing. On 31 July the service will be turned off and clients will no longer be able to access it.

This will result in the loss of GPRS service to cells for up to 1 hour in the following locations East Dereham, Taverham, Norwich, Wymondham, Leighton Buzzard, Whitchurch, Aylesbury, Tring, Berkhamsted, Sandy, Biggleswade, Royston, Letchworth, and Hitchin.

This will result in the loss of GPRS service to cells for up to 1 hour in the following locations Stonehaven, Bridgend, Balloch, Forfar and Montrose.

Maintenance on parts of the GSM & GPRS, This will result in the loss of GSM & GPRS services to cells for up to 4 hours in Richmond and Kingston-Upon-Thames.
